You will rarely find a more talented chef who has achieved so much.  Liam Grime joins the new Pondwood Lakeside Cafe at its beginnings. The class, quality and setting of Lakeside Cafe  is matched by our chef who will provide you with a dining experience that we hope will not disappoint you.

Passionate about food, loves creating exciting, modern and healthy meals. Extremely well organized and meticulous about every detail, from pre-planning to final delivery.

A natural, modern chef with multiple awards to his name and over 15 years of experience in the kitchen. Ensures that everything he delivers is to the highest of standards. A great team worker or on his own, he has a natural ability to lead. A profound knowledge of Food and Hygiene Regulations. Passionate about working with fresh produce and creating healthy well-balanced innovative dishes.
